Adidev Technologies Inc is seeking a Civil Engineer to design and oversee infrastructure projects, blending office analysis with hands-on field oversight. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, public agencies, and contractors to deliver reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred for some roles).
• Experience in structural, transportation, geotechnical, or water resources.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM or similar software.
• Knowledge of codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work both in office and field.
• EIT or PE licensure preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Review survey reports, maps, plans and data to support infrastructure design.
• Perform structural, geotechnical, hydraulic, and transportation calculations.
• Prepare drawings and specifications using CAD/BIM tools.
• Develop cost estimates, schedules, and budgets.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose engineering improvements.
• Maintain documentation and reports.
• Support projects from concept through closeout.
• Pursue PE licensure.
