Job summary

Renaissance Personnel Group is seeking a Civil Engineer for a Tempe, AZ commercial development-focused firm. This full-time, direct-hire role is on-site, Monday–Friday 8–5, with a full benefits package and a chance to work on diverse projects—from retail to multifamily.

You will produce civil plans, handle grading and drainage, collaborate with a close-knit team, and grow from recent grads to licensed PE. Civil 3D experience is a plus, and eagerness to learn is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Open to recent grads, EIT, or licensed PE.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D is a plus; 2D experience welcomed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce civil engineering plans and site designs for commercial projects.
• Handle grading, drainage, utility, and related site design work.
• Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team of engineers on active projects.
• Contribute meaningfully to a high-priority project during a busy period.
• Work in Civil 3D, or build proficiency on the job.
