Civil Engineer / Architect (m/f/d) Planning Coordinator

This is what you will take on:

You are responsible for the coordination and management of planning processes for construction projects throughout the entire project phase. You enjoy working with a network of internal and external planning professionals, including engineering firms, architects and clients. You will review and approve planning materials and documentation. You will also prepare tender documents and support the tendering process. You monitor and document planning progress and contribute to the optimization of planning processes and methods.

What we are looking for:

We would like you to have completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the planning and coordination of construction projects. Solid knowledge in the use of CAD software and planning tools is a basic requirement for you. You have a strong understanding of technical contexts and building regulations. Communication and teamwork skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working characterize you. In addition, you are resilient and assertive.
