In this Construction Services role, you’ll split your time between field inspection/testing and design adaptation—closing the loop between what’s on paper and what’s in the ground.

What You'll Work On

You’ll plug into a construction services group supporting a wide range of civil projects, with a focus on making sure what gets built actually matches the intent.

• Field inspection for civil construction projects
• Construction materials testing and verification
• Design documents, drawings, and specification updates
• Engineering data collection and analysis
• Construction conformance and performance checks
• Reporting for project managers and stakeholders
• Study and reporting requirements for active projects

You’ll work with tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D to translate field realities back into accurate, buildable design documents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting field inspections to verify construction performance and conformity
• Performing field testing to support engineering and reporting requirements
• Collecting, preparing, and maintaining statistical and technical engineering data
• Analyzing field and test data for use in reports and studies
• Preparing and adapting civil design drawings under direction of the Project Manager
• Updating specifications to reflect field conditions and design changes
• Supporting construction inspection activities throughout project phases
• Documenting findings and communicating them clearly to project leadership
• Assisting with technical reports and submittals based on inspection results
• Taking on additional construction services tasks as assigned to move projects forward

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
• 1–5+ years of progressive experience in construction design-based civil engineering
• Hands-on construction inspection experience on civil projects
• Experience preparing or updating civil design documents, drawings, and specs
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D strongly preferred
• Applicable U.S.-based civil engineering work experience
• Comfort working in both field and office environments
• Strong attention to detail in both testing and documentation
