Job description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to lead and manage a variety of site and public-infrastructure design and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from conceptual planning through design, agency approvals, and construction coordination.
• Perform code analysis and technical research to guide design decisions.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate project teams and resources.
• Interface with clients and regulatory agencies to secure design and permit approvals.
• Provide oversight and mentoring of junior civil staff engaged in professional and technical tasks.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of civil engineering design experience, particularly in large-scale site development and public infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead projects through all phases: design development, construction documentation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
• Experience with fast-track or advanced technology–driven projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients, internal staff, and agency personnel.
• Licensure — or eligibility for licensure — in Washington, Oregon, and/or California required.
