Job summary

Career Collective is seeking an Civil Engineer with expertise in land development to create detailed site and grading plans and erosion control strategies. The ideal candidate will translate calculations and research into solid design concepts and visual aids, while applying strong organizational and communication skills to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2-3 minimum years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Development of detailed site and grading plans, and erosion and sediment control plans.
• Land Development Design, storm water management design, water and wastewater design, roadway and parking design, and construction detailing and specifications.
• Perform civil and site research, report preparation, and technical specifications.
• Responsible for design, specifications, plans, and maps.

Job description

We do not offer H-1B or other visa sponsorship for this position.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with Civil 3D and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.
