Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Land/Site Development Team in a hybrid role across the USA. You will work on hospitals, airports, and campuses, using Civil 3D and stormwater tools to design and deliver complex sites.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in land development, a bachelor’s in civil engineering, and strong project management and communication skills. PE/EIT preferred. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation.
