Job summary

Allied Engineering Services, Inc. seeks a Civil Engineer to contribute to growing our Billings, MT team, joining a 100% employee-owned, multidisciplinary firm.

You will lead civil design projects, build client relationships, coordinate with agencies, and collaborate with survey, geotech, and water resources professionals in a hybrid work environment. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred; you will prepare reports, documents, and calculations, and help grow the office through

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent computer and technical skills.
• Interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Help establish and grow AESI's presence in the Billings market.
• Build and strengthen client relationships with communities and industry partners.
• Pursue opportunities to expand services and client value.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, surveyors and stakeholders.
• Support business development through client relationship management and proposals.
• Plan, design and manage civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specs and calculations.
• Collaborate with survey, geotechnical and water resources professionals in a hybrid environment.
• Complete projects independently or as part of a team.
• Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D, ArcGIS, mobile apps and Microsoft Suite for tasks.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, contractors and regulators.

AESI desires a Civil Engineer to contribute to growing our Billings, MT team

Key Responsibilities

• Help establish and grow AESI's presence in the Billings market.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, communities, and industry partners.
• Pursue opportunities to expand services and enhance client value.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, surveyors, and project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Support business development efforts through client relationships management, proposal preparation, and identification of new opportunities.
• Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and review technical reports, construction documents, specifications, and engineering calculations.
• Collaborate well with multidisciplinary teams including survey, geotechnical, and water resources professionals in a hybrid work environment.
• Complete projects both independently and as part of a team.
• Efficiently utilize information technology such as Autodesk Civil 3D, ArcGIS, mobile applications, specialized design software, and Microsoft Suite for engineering tasks.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering.
