Responsibilities include land development design and drafting, environmental design for water and wastewater systems, and preparing maps from survey data. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential, with strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for grading and drafting
• Experience with environmental site design and earthwork computations
• Familiarity with permitting for site development processes
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience with preparation and submission of Civil Engineering or Surveying plans

Responsibilities

• Land Development design and drafting
• Environmental design and drafting (water/wastewater)
• Prepare maps and drawings from survey field data
• Coordinate projects for submissions to agencies having jurisdiction
• Organize/maintain revisions of project drawings and related information
• Coordinate project requirements with team members and provide assistance
