Job summary

Metric Geo in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Civil Designer to join our growing team. You will lead site engineering tasks including layout, grading and utility design across residential, commercial and institutional projects.

You will perform earthwork and stormwater calculations, collaborate with seasoned PEs on complex Midwest projects. Hybrid work flexibility is offered with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering; EIT preferred.
• 4–8 yrs experience in site improvements - commercial, government, healthcare, or higher-ed.
• Proficiency with industry-standard civil design & stormwater software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, team-oriented.
