Kimley-Horn is looking for a CAD Operator to join our Development Services team in West Lafayette, Indiana (IN)! This is not a remote position.

The role involves generating site plans and construction drawings using basic drafting software and maintaining drawing databases. The position requires 1–3 years of experience and proficiency with AutoCAD or Bentley products. It is an on-site role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products preferred.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter.
• Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
