Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and drafting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or Civil 3D through coursework, internships, or professional experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in water resources, restoration, hydropower, or civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of engineering drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Prepare figures, exhibits, maps, and plan sheets for project deliverables.
• Assist designers and engineers with project production tasks.
• Follow CAD standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Organize and maintain project files and documentation.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Learn and apply company design and drafting standards.
• Support multidisciplinary project teams on a variety of infrastructure projects.
