Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in engineering services with progressive responsibilities.
• Tennessee P.E. or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Working experience with AutoCAD / Civil 3D and strong proposal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent TTL in front of existing and potential clients.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets for various projects.
• Develop plans, specifications and cost estimates.
• Review and direct the work of others.
• Document the design process and communications.
