Job summary

On-site schedule is Monday–Thursday mornings and Friday half-days, with opportunities to develop using industry tools. You will assist with plan preparation, permit packages, modeling, and documentation while collaborating with managers and teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Interest in land development and site design projects.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; exposure to Civil 3D preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of site-development plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Support the design of water, sewer, and storm-drainage layouts and construction drawings.
• Assist with permit packages and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams on daily project tasks.
• Support modeling and drafting efforts using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist with project documentation and organization to support scope, schedule, and quality goals.
