You’ll work under seasoned mentors on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, gaining hands-on design exposure and professional growth.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers, applying AutoCAD Civil 3D basics and improving your drafting and documentation skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree or related field.
• Interest in land development and site design projects.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; Civil 3D exposure preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing site-development plans for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Support the design of water, sewer, and storm-drainage layouts and construction drawings.
• Assist with permit packages and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams on daily project tasks.
• Support modeling and drafting efforts using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist with project documentation and organization to support scope, schedule and quality goals.
