Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Texas PE Certification is required.
4+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Plan and design municipal projects.
Support business development by identifying capital projects and maintaining client relationships.
Prepare, review, and manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and subconsultant efforts.
Draft and negotiate proposals and agreements for projects.
Manage multiple projects and staff, including scheduling and budgets.
Perform engineering calculations and analyses.
Prepare and review reports, permit applications, and bid documents.
Review plans and calculations for compliance with regulations.
Attend design team and regulatory meetings.
Communicate with staff, clients, contractors, and regulatory officials.
