Job summary

Impact Recruitment is partnered with a leading engineering consulting firm seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join their team in Reno, NV. You will perform site engineering design for buildings, streets, and utilities under the guidance of a project manager, delivering PS&E and related reports.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET) with 1–5 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
• 1–5 years of civil engineering experience preferred.
• EIT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site engineering design for buildings and parking.
• Street improvement design and pavement rehabilitation.
• Grading plans, drainage design, water and sewer systems, and flood control improvements.
• Coordination and permit processing; construction support.
