Job summary

Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering is seeking a Design Engineer in San Diego to join our growing team. This early-career role (2+ years) offers a clear path to Senior Design Engineer and Project Engineer as you develop technical expertise and coordination skills.

You will contribute to design and production, developing site plans under Civil 3D, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• 2+ years of land development experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam.
• Understanding of grading and utility design.

Responsibilities

• Develop grading, drainage, and utility plans using Civil 3D.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis.
