Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting (RIC) in Kansas City is looking for Civil Design Engineers. Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting (RIC) is a 100% employee owned, full‑service infrastructure consulting firm focused on providing “Creative Ideas and Practical Solutions” through civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and construction phase services. We are a tight‑knit group of passionate professionals who embrace collaboration, encourage imagination, and apply our diverse expertise to best serve each client’s unique needs.
Since our inception in 2010, we have established strong working relationships with a variety of clients in the industry including government agencies, railroads, developers, architects, contractors, and engineers. The RIC team is comprised of 26 licensed professionals with over 300 years combined experience, supported by a committed and talented group of over 45 technical and administrative staff.
RIC is currently seeking Civil Design Engineers who share in our passion for high‑quality work and enjoy a fun yet fast‑paced work environment. This position will be mentored by our team of Professional Engineers and company leadership in the engineering design and analysis of diverse types of projects throughout the Midwest. As an RIC Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain diverse design knowledge which will help you grow in your career and prepare for your PE exam.
