HDR is seeking a Civil Design Coordinator to join our employee-owned team in Las Vegas. The role supports the Senior Engineer with site studies, design development, and project documentation, while coordinating civil/site efforts across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and demonstrates proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Bentley/Autodesk civil software. Full-time employment with an inclusive, collaborative culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering required.
• EIT not required; may start as Coordinator and pursue EIT for progression.
• Proficiency with civil/site software: MicroStation, AutoCAD, InfraWorks and Civil 3D.

Responsabilités

• Assist Senior Engineer with site studies, designs, contract documentation preparation and graphic presentation.
• Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage.
• Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.
• Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables.
• Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects.
• Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects.
• Perform other duties as needed.
