J & J Excavating and Trucking, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily jobsite operations in Corvallis, MT. You will lead field crews, supervise foremen and operators, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating equipment, materials, and schedules while enforcing safety policies. The role requires outdoor work and travel to jobsites as needed; medical, dental, and vision benefits begin after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in excavation, demolition, trucking, or heavy civil.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organize work and manage crews.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and jobsite safety.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to jobsites as needed.
• Must be willing to travel when needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily construction and excavation operations.
