Five-S is seeking a Civil Construction Superintendent to lead field teams and uphold safety, quality, and timely execution of projects in the Southern United States, with focus in Texas and Louisiana. The role requires travel and reports to the Construction Manager.

The ideal candidate will supervise field personnel, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure construction meets specifications and schedules.

Job description

The Civil Construction Superintendent will work closely with the Construction Manager, Project Managers, Foreman, Operators, and other support staff to ensure that all work is performed safely, correctly, and timely. Supervise all field personnel and maintain a high quality of construction. The position requires the exercise of discretion, decision making and independent judgment. This individual will represent Five-S throughout the Southern United States with primary responsibilities in South Louisiana and Texas Territory. This is a full time position that requires travel and reports to the Construction Manger.
