Royal Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to lead sitework for a data center project in North Louisiana. You will direct mass grading, utilities, foundations, and exterior concrete, coordinating with civil engineers and geotechnical teams to keep the master schedule on track.
This field-based role requires traveling to project sites, managing civil subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and maintaining safety plans.
Position Summary
The Civil Construction Manager directs all sitework and civil scope on a mission-critical data center project, including mass grading, storm and sanitary utilities, underground electrical and fiber duct banks, foundations, and exterior concrete and paving. This role manages civil subcontractors from mobilization through final grading and landscape completion, coordinates directly with the civil engineer of record and geotechnical engineer on field conditions, and maintains the civil fragnet of the master schedule so that pad and foundation turnover dates support the vertical construction sequence.
This is a field-based position supporting construction projects in North Louisiana, Virginia, and Corpus Christi, Texas. Project assignments and reporting locations will vary based on operational needs. Travel and/or temporary relocation will be required.
Work Environment
Primarily an active construction site with exposure to heavy equipment, excavation, and outdoor weather conditions. Requires regular walking of the site, including uneven and unfinished grade, and the ability to wear standard personal protective equipment throughout the workday.
