Ledcor Group is seeking experienced Civil Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This role supports construction of telecom equipment shelters with travel every four weeks across Arizona and surrounding states.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using grade lasers, measuring tools, and grade stakes, and is capable of performing outdoor manual labor while maintaining a strong safety mindset. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Support excavation, trenching, backfilling and grading activities.

• Perform general labor duties and assist operators and crew as needed.

Ledcor is seeking experienced Civil Construction Laborers to join our growing team!

This position will support construction of telecom equipment shelters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using grade lasers, measuring tools and grade stakes.

The role includes travel every four weeks throughout Arizona and surrounding states, providing the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support the excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading activities
• Set up and operate grade lasers to establish elevations and check grades
• Set, mark, and maintain grade stakes according to project requirements
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment and maintain an organized worksite
• Perform general labor duties and assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed
• Adhere to safety procedures and applicable construction requirements

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience using grade lasers is mandatory
• Perform outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a crew
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Valid driver's license
