Job summary

Northeast Paving is seeking a Construction Intern to gain hands-on experience in road construction and project coordination. You will assist with subcontractor/supplier coordination, material tracking, file management, and progress reporting under a project management team.

The role offers exposure to field surveying, control lines, job-site coordination, and several software tools used in construction management. Enrolled students enjoy a practical, hands-on internship in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• Proficient PC skills including Excel, Primavera, and SAP.
• Familiarity or prior internship in construction industry practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management, document control and progress reporting.
• Assist field supervision with project layout, control lines, surveying, drawings, coordination, and quality control.
