Job summary

Infrastructure LLC, a rapidly growing contractor in civil construction and site development, is seeking qualified candidates for our construction projects primarily located in Charlottesville and Lynchburg, VA. Candidates must be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to work hard.

The role requires operating various heavy equipment and having at least 5 years of experience in the civil engineering field. Additional qualifications include a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a drug screening, and flexibility to work on weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience preferred in the civil engineering field.
• Must be able to lift 60lbs, squat, and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license required, CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as Trackhoe, Backhoe, and Dozer.
• Support various construction activities including excavation and concrete work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

We assist with new construction projects by performing demolition, clearing, excavation, asphalt paving, concrete work, water mains, sewer and storm drainage throughout central and southwest Virginia.

• Trackhoe
• Backhoe
• Dozer
• End Dump
• Skid Steers
• Wheel and Track Loader
• Mini Excavator
• Roller

Requirements

• 5 years of experience preferred in civil engineering field
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to lift 60lbs, squat and climb ladders
• Must be a Virginia resident
• Must be a leader who is looking to grow
• Must pass drug test/screening
• Must be available to work occasional Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred.
• Concrete experience preferred
• Pipe laying experience preferred
