Ayva Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team and accurately estimate project costs across dirt work, utilities, and concrete scopes. You will review blueprints, quantify materials, and develop detailed estimates to guide bidding and budgeting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in estimating, strong Excel and Bluebeam proficiency, and a track record of competitive, reliable estimates. Travel to project sites may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of estimating experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a mid-level role.
• Proven track record of producing accurate, competitive estimates for projects.

Responsabilités

• Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
• Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to determine scope and methods.
• Ensure estimates align with project requirements and design intent; advise on cost-effective options.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and timely delivery.
