You will assist with site surveying, inspections, and documentation while collaborating with a team of engineers and staff. The program emphasizes mentorship, skill-building, and real project impact, with safety gear and intern swag provided.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering major with interest in Municipal or Transportation engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents; research specifications and codes as needed.
• Ability to perform basic calculations to compute quantities, verify measurements, and organize data.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; willingness to perform tasks with guidance.
• Good communication and listening skills; able to learn and apply new skills.
• CAD software experience is desirable; MS Office proficiency required; valid driver’s license and vehicle for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site surveying, inspection, and documentation of construction activities.
• Work as part of a team on municipal infrastructure and roadway projects.
• Support in reading plans and maintaining project records and reports.
