Job summary

Pennoni is hiring a CAD Technician for a full-time, direct basis at our Milton, DE office. This role will contribute primarily to Site/Civil projects by performing critical drafting tasks, including using survey field data.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and 2+ years of Civil Design or Civil Drafting experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is preferred. Join a collaborative team that values accuracy, initiative, and on-site field support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of civil design/drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• CAD drafting using survey field data.
• Prepare land development drawings (grading, utilities, SWM/E&S).
• Prepare site/civil details & exhibits.
• Provide office support including area, slope, and volume computations.
• Ensure scheduling and productivity objectives are achieved.
• Perform field work as needed; assist Surveyors.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
