Job summary

The Lemoine Company, L.L.C. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support multiple projects with a strong on-site focus in Baton Rouge, LA.

You will assist with contract administration, procurement, scheduling and costing, and help ensure quality and safety on site. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent) with 3+ years in commercial construction, plus solid teamwork, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years related commercial construction project work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and estimating for construction trades (all disciplines).
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, and scheduling software programs.
• Proven skills in the areas of math, budgeting and commitments, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
