Waggoner Engineering, Inc. in Hernando, MS is seeking a Civil Analyst to support the project team with contract document production and consulting for infrastructure projects. You will contribute to design documentation and client work across roads, water, wastewater, and site developments.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering degree and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe, and Microsoft tools. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in civil engineering.
• Experience with Civil design software including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous approach.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and standards for all projects.
• Plan, assign and supervise work assignments.
• Review reports and plans prepared in the office.
• Coordinate and manage field survey tasks and personnel.
• Liaise with clients, agencies, subcontractors and design teams.
• Provide cost estimates and budget projections for proposals.
• Write and review reports and specifications.
• Travel to site locations as needed.
