Job summary

HRK Engineering & Field Services is seeking a Civil 3D Designer to join our team for full-time work on civil engineering and land development projects. The role involves creating drawings and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, designing grading, drainage, utilities, and road layouts, and coordinating with engineers and survey staff.

The candidate should have 2+ years of design experience and a relevant degree. Office-based in Oregon with opportunities to coordinate fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant design experience.
• Strong understanding of civil design principles (grading, drainage, utilities).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
