A prominent design studio is seeking a Civic Interior Designer to join their team. This role requires an Interior Design degree and NCIDQ certification, with a focus on hospitality design. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, including expertise in Revit and other design software. Qualifications
Interior Design degree from an accredited university is required.
NCIDQ certification is mandatory.
5+ years of professional interior design experience preferred in hospitality.
Revit experience is required.
Proficiency in Bluebeam and 3D software is necessary.
Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
Attend client, planning, and construction meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
Perform all phases of the design process.
Select interior finishes, furnishings, and artwork.
Lead presentations and communicate design concepts using software.
Prepare FF&E budgets and purchasing packages.
Cultivate new clients and maintain existing relations.
Collaborate on complex hospitality projects.
Occasional travel may be required.
