A prominent design studio is seeking a Civic Interior Designer to join their team. This role requires an Interior Design degree and NCIDQ certification, with a focus on hospitality design. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, including expertise in Revit and other design software. The studio offers a collaborative environment and is located in various cities, including Orlando. Qualifications

• Interior Design degree from an accredited university is required.
• NCIDQ certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of professional interior design experience preferred in hospitality.
• Revit experience is required.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and 3D software is necessary.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Attend client, planning, and construction meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Perform all phases of the design process.
• Select interior finishes, furnishings, and artwork.
• Lead presentations and communicate design concepts using software.
• Prepare FF&E budgets and purchasing packages.
• Cultivate new clients and maintain existing relations.
• Collaborate on complex hospitality projects.
• Occasional travel may be required.
