Qualifications

• Experience with door-to-door canvassing.
• Experience managing multiple canvassers.
• Experience using VoteBuilder and Minivan to cut turf and track canvassing efforts.
• Willing to work in evenings after 4:30 pm and during weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 5–10 canvassers.
• Run canvass shifts and ensure check-in/check-out procedures are followed.
• Track timesheets and maintain the work schedule.
• Collaborate with the Voter Engagement Manager to onboard and train canvassers.
• Enter data into VAN after each canvassing shift.
• Monitor canvasser performance and report issues to the Voter Engagement Manager.
