Parkhill seeks an Architectural Project Manager to lead civic-focused projects in Oklahoma City. The role emphasizes designing impactful spaces, coordinating with engineers and subconsultants, and building strong client relationships.

You will direct projects from concept through completion, manage budgets and schedules, and supervise staff to ensure successful outcomes while contributing to community impact and Parkhill's mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a project management position in architecture, engineering or construction.
• Professional registration as an Architect.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Deltek Vantagepoint.

Responsibilities

• Directs multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
• Develops and manages project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to meet client expectations.
• Leads client meetings and provides project solutions to address concerns.
• Manages resources and staffing to meet deadlines and maintain profitability.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks impacting timelines, budgets, or quality.
• Coordinates design efforts between the project team, engineers, and subconsultants.
• Oversees construction phase services and project closeout activities.
