City of Dallas seeks a Custodial Supervisor to oversee custodial services for the City’s buildings and facilities. You will lead a team, schedule work, and ensure safe, clean spaces while coordinating with departments to address needs.

You’ll use your experience in facilities maintenance and supervision to manage equipment, inventory, and safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and CJIS certification within probation are required.

Qualifikationen

• Four (4) years of experience in facilities maintenance or building trades.
• Two (2) years of supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to obtain CJIS certification within probationary period.

• Supervises custodial staff and activities; plans and coordinates tasks.
• Oversees performance evaluations, payroll, and personnel issues.
• Manages budgets, expenses, and inventory for custodial operations.
• Ensures proper equipment, safety, and maintenance of spaces.
• Delivers quality customer service and resolves issues with staff and public.
• Performs other trades work as needed.
