CityVet Alamo Heights is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the clinic’s business, financial, and clinical operations. The PM ensures top-notch customer experience, efficient staff management, and adherence to CityVet policies across the facility.

The role requires knowledge of safety standards and veterinary regulations, with a preference for a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, and a 3+ years background (or a bachelor’s degree). We value people who care and collaborate.

• Knowledge of regulations governing veterinary clinics.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable, but not required.
• High school diploma/GED + 3 years relevant experience or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise facility staff members to ensure their understanding of the job responsibilities and career path opportunities outlined by their role.
• Continuous staff development through professional and clinical training, performance reviews, and salary reviews, including disciplinary actions when needed.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of all daily operations, client care, client service, and client records.

CityVet Alamo Heights is looking for a Practice Manager to join our team! CityVet Alamo Heights offers a full range of services, including preventive care, dentistry, advanced diagnostics, surgery, and urgent care. We're also proud to have a board-certified surgeon on staff, allowing us to provide advanced surgical care and expertise right here in our hospital! Putting people first

The Practice Manager (PM) is responsible for the management of the facility in its entirety, including business management, financial management and overall clinical operations management. It is the Practice Manager's job to ensure the highest level of customer experience satisfaction and efficient staff management. It is the job of the Practice Manager to implement and enforce all CityVet policies, standards and procedures.

A day in the life:

• Continuous staff development through professional and clinical training, timely performance and salary reviews, and completing disciplinary actions, up to and including termination, to ensure the individual and collective success of the facility as outlined in the CityVet brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of all daily operations, client care, client service, and client records.
