The City of North Miami Beach is seeking a Senior City Planner who specializes in long-range planning and master plans for land use and facilities. The role involves data collection, analysis, and presentation for plan implementation and zoning regulation development, reporting to the Community Development Director.

Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or related field; and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job
Possession of a valid, State of Florida driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle. Requirements exist at the time of hire and as a condition of continued employment.
The work is sedentary work which requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects. Additionally, the following physical abilities are required:
