The successful candidate will work with the City Council, guide budgeting and policy development, supervise department heads, ensure compliance with laws, and serve as a liaison to residents and regional partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration or related field.
• Three to five years’ experience working with local government.
• Ability to communicate effectively with elected officials and the public.
• Knowledge of budgeting, government finance, and contracts.

• Plans, organizes and directs City affairs to align with City Council priorities and boards/commissions.
• Oversees City departments and coordinates policy with boards and commissions; aligns operations with priorities.
• Prepares operations and capital budgets; monitors budgets and financial viability; recommends levies and rates.
• Acts as liaison with the public, negotiates contracts, and manages personnel matters per City policies.
