Responsibilities

  • Serve as the City’s chief administrative officer for all operations.
  • Advise the Mayor and City Council with objective analysis and guidance.
  • Prepare and monitor annual operating budget and capital program.
  • Lead strategic planning and align resources with council priorities.
  • Recruit and develop department directors and staff.
  • Represent the City at meetings and with regional partners.
