Hornblower Group seeks a friendly hospitality professional to join our team aboard our scenic vessel in Washington, DC. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable cruise experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior high-volume hospitality experience, strong communication, multitasking ability, and a professional appearance. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

The Experience

This is not your typical serving job. Enjoy a unique work environment aboard a moving vessel while helping guests celebrate special moments on the water. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, navigating stairs and decks, lifting up to 40 pounds, and completing vessel safety training.
