Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator III (Citrix focus) to install, upgrade, test, and maintain Citrix on prem and DaaS environments, providing technical and collaborative support to improve members' health journeys.

Requirements include five or more years administering enterprise Citrix and Windows Server, strong Citrix components knowledge, on-prem and cloud experience, and proficiency with PowerShell, AD, networking, and ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years administering enterprise Citrix and Windows Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, VDAs, Machine Catalogs, and Delivery Groups.
• Experience supporting Citrix workloads across on-premises and cloud-hosted environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, networking, and profile management.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Citrix performance, availability, authentication, application, and connectivity issues.
• Experience automating administration, monitoring, and reporting with PowerShell or Citrix APIs.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based change, incident, problem, release, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Clear technical communication, documentation, project planning, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, test, and maintain Citrix on prem and DaaS environments.
• Diagnose and resolve Citrix performance, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Automate administration, monitoring, and reporting with PowerShell and Citrix APIs.
• Provide clear documentation and collaborate across teams to support users.

Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Cambia:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. Appropriate additional experience beyond the minimum required experience may be substituted for education.

• Xenapp 6.5 Administration (CXA-206) Certification Training
