Job summary

STA Jets in Southern California seeks a Citation X Captain to set the standard for safety and service. You will act as PIC, lead compliant operations, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience from briefing to arrival.

This role requires 4,000+ total hours, 2,000+ multi-engine PIC time (250+ on Citation X), and a current FAA First Class Medical. Base pay ranges from $185,000 to $225,000 with full benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• ATP (MEL) with unrestricted or restricted.
• Current FAA First Class Medical.
• Current Citation X PIC type rating.
• Southern California residency is required.
• Proven commitment to safety, service, and teamwork.
