Job summary

SAIC is seeking a self-directed leader for a hybrid Cislunar Community Integrator role supporting space programs. The candidate coordinates with government and civilian organizations to understand existing and future Cislunar technologies and interfaces with a proven team of system engineers and satellite SMEs.

The position requires working 3-5 days per month at multiple bases and targets a salary range reflecting senior DoD acquisition experience, with TS/SCI clearance noted as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 14+ years of experience or Master's degree plus 12+ years of experience.
• Experience providing systems engineering support and technical guidance.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with DoD personnel and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary coordinator for Cislunar Community engagement and conference.
• Designs and maintains technology roadmaps for development timelines and capabilities.
• Researches cislunar technologies and advises DoD on options for future use.
• Coordinates quarterly meetings and yearly community forums for information exchange.
• Identifies stakeholders and maintains coordination information for collaboration.
• Provides analysis and recommendations to the Director of the Cislunar Coordination Office.
• Develops documents and briefings to communicate status to the Government.
