This role involves leading complex networking environments and providing Tier 3 support primarily for Cisco solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in network engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in healthcare. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work. This position requires travel of 50% and is not remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in network environments including network engineering.
• Experience in healthcare vertical is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex networking, SDN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Design complex networking solutions for enterprise customers.
• Provide Tier 3 support and detailed design documentation.
