Job summary

Cirrus in Duluth, MN is seeking a warehouse associate to support Aftermarket Parts operations. The role includes receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing and shipping aircraft parts, while maintaining accurate inventory and complying with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include records of receipts, using handling equipment as needed, and cross-training across warehouse functions. The candidate must lift up to 50 pounds and operate in non-climate controlled environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehousing, inventory and/or logistics experience.
• Ability to pass hazardous material certification training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks, examines, counts and labels incoming material.
• Records receipts and reports discrepancies.
• Transports goods and may utilize material handling equipment and vehicles.
• Performs receiving, put away, picking, packing and shipping of goods.
• Maintain general housekeeping as directed.
• Cross-train in all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Consolidates parts in bins to maximize storage space.
• Ensure proper product handling and storage to prevent damage.
• Prepare aircraft parts for shipment to customers.
• Maintain an inventory control system, including work orders.
• Support facility regulatory and safety codes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and accessibility.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Reports to Cirrus Warehouse Supervisor.

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and aircraft parts in an aircraft manufacturing environment. Reports to Cirrus Warehouse Supervisor.

• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance

• Performs receiving, put away, picking, packing and shipping of goods

• Ensure proper product handling and storage to prevent abuse, misuse, damage, or deterioration
• Obtain, prepare aircraft parts for shipment to the Aftermarket customer base

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of warehousing, inventory and/or logistics experience required

• Ability to effectively manage stress
• Ability to operate computers with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
