POSITION SUMMARY

The Circulation Manager works closely with the library director to ensure the effective and responsive operation of the North Adams Public Library. The manager oversees part-time staff and volunteers in the Circulation department, as well as working desk shifts themselves. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, reader’s advisory, and other aspects relating to the public face of the library.
