  • Coordinate 24/7 technical assistance for outage resolution while improving overall service reliability, uptime, and operational performance.
  • Support lifecycle management and coordinate preparation, installation, and maintenance for routing, switching and WAN/LAN equipment.
  • Work with engineers to develop network architecture diagrams, maintain capability roadmaps, and execute documented test plans for configuration upgrades before implementation.
  • Inspect assigned equipment regularly and coordinate with facility maintenance to monitor critical power and environmental support systems.
  • Act as primary liaison for service providers and ensure customer requirements while ensuring government security policy compliance.

The specialist develops circuit specifications and processes all relevant documentation.
