Job summary

Assured Consulting Solutions is seeking a Circuit Manager to support an Intelligence Community customer’s WAN/LAN networks across security domains. The role requires developing circuit specifications, documentation, risk mitigation, and performance measurement in a complex telecom environment.

Responsibilities include provisioning, 24/7 outage support, lifecycle management for routing/switching equipment, and collaboration with engineers to maintain diagrams and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Security+ and CCNA certifications required.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite: Access, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, MS Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage global enterprise communication services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and SLA adherence.
• Drive the circuit management function, overseeing circuit provisioning and allocation to ensure effective, high-performance information exchange.
• Coordinate 24/7 technical assistance for outage resolution while improving overall service reliability, uptime, and operational performance.
• Support lifecycle management and coordinate installation and maintenance for routing, switching and WAN/LAN equipment.
• Work with engineers to develop network architecture diagrams, capability roadmaps, and test plans for configuration upgrades.
• Inspect assigned equipment and coordinate with facilities to monitor power and environmental support systems.
• Act as primary liaison for service providers and ensure government security policy compliance.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Circuit Manager to join the team. As a Circuit Manager, you'll be supporting an Intelligence Community customer’s wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN), and campus-area (CAN) networks across multiple security domains. You are expected to have experience in complex telecommunications environments involving all phases of network design, implementation, and analysis is required as it pertains to telecommunications transport circuits. You will develop circuit specifications and processes all relevant documentation and develop risk management and mitigation strategies, maintain compliance with QA standards, and ensure service performance indicators are met or exceeded.
