Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Circuit Design Engineer for the New College Grad 2026 program in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on standard cell libraries and ROM modules in deep submicron tech with emphasis on SPICE simulations and design margin analysis.

Ideal candidates hold an MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, have a strong grasp of deep submicron processes, and can script in Perl/Tcl/Make. Equity is offered along with a competitive base salary and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of deep submicron process issues.
• Experience with design and verification of standard cell libraries and/or custom ROMs.
• Hands-on SPICE simulation experience.
• Experience with EM/IR, aging, noise, margin and high-sigma variation simulations.
• Hands-on DRC/LVS debugging experience.
• Experience designing flip flops, level shifters, math cells, custom ROMs, register files, SRAM.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Perl, Tcl, Make).
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on standard cell libraries and/or ROM modules in deep submicron technologies.
• Lead feasibility verification of new ROM designs and new design flows.
• Provide insights to improve tools and flows and develop simulations for design margin evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design improvements and quality checks.
